（4）保溫性能：?jiǎn)蚊姘鍖?dǎo)熱系數(shù)λ=0.2w/M℃；厚度60mm隔斷壁板傳熱系數(shù)

(4) Thermal insulation performance: thermal conductivity of single panel λ= 0.2w/M ℃; Heat transfer coefficient of 60mm thick partition wall panel

K=0.6Kcal/mm℃。

（5） 強(qiáng)度高：雙層石膏夾巖棉彩鋼復(fù)合吊頂板殼承重1600N/㎡；撓度不大于3.5mm。

b. The anti-static color coated plate using hot-dip aluminum zinc steel plate as the substrate has the corrosion resistance, excellent weather resistance, and dust resistance of 55% Al Zn steel plate, which helps to protect the cleanliness of indoor environment. 4、產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)要求

4. Technical requirements for the product

（1）彩鋼復(fù)合板均按程序文件規(guī)定批準(zhǔn)的生產(chǎn)圖紙及相關(guān)技術(shù)文件進(jìn)行制造。

(1) Color steel composite panels are manufactured according to the approved production drawings and relevant technical documents specified in the program documents.

（2）復(fù)合板粘結(jié)應(yīng)牢固，粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度應(yīng)大于芯板的抗拉強(qiáng)度。

(2) The bonding of composite panels should be firm, and the bonding strength should be greater than the tensile strength of the core panel.

（3）粘膠分布均勻。

(3) The adhesive is evenly distributed.

（4）復(fù)合板面應(yīng)平整，無(wú)明顯劃痕，磕碰傷痕等缺陷。

5、產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則

5. Product inspection rules

（1）產(chǎn)品需經(jīng)（2）尺寸公差逐塊測(cè)量，不合格品應(yīng)修正或剔除補(bǔ)足。

(1) The product needs to be measured block by block with (2) dimensional tolerances, and non-conforming products should be corrected or eliminated for supplementation.

（3）粘結(jié)質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)，在生產(chǎn)條件相同情況下，每生產(chǎn)500板時(shí)從中任意切割一塊檢驗(yàn)。

(3) Bonding quality inspection, under the same production conditions, cut any piece from every 500 square meters of board for inspection.

（4）用作承重彩色復(fù)合吊頂板，需作平整度檢驗(yàn)抽樣數(shù)位百分之三，不合格產(chǎn)品剔除補(bǔ)足。

(4) For use as load-bearing color composite ceiling panels, a sampling number of 3% is required for flatness inspection. Unqualified products should be removed and supplemented.

（5）型式檢驗(yàn)應(yīng)從經(jīng)出廠檢驗(yàn)合格的產(chǎn)品中抽取，每次抽取三塊，當(dāng)其中有一個(gè)項(xiàng)

(5) The type inspection should be taken from the products that have passed the factory inspection, with three pieces taken each time. When one of the items

目不合格時(shí)，加倍對(duì)該項(xiàng)目復(fù)檢，再不合格時(shí)，型式檢驗(yàn)不合格。

（6）外購(gòu)、外協(xié)件入庫(kù)嚴(yán)格把好質(zhì)量關(guān)，認(rèn)真檢驗(yàn)。
