如何減少彩鋼板房鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的變形?

1、夾具固定方法:用非常剛性的夾具夾住焊接件,用力控制變形,然后焊接,這種方法稱為夾具固定方法。

在焊接過程中,焊接件內(nèi)部的膨脹力和收縮力受夾緊力的限制,可以明顯降低變形。但是,這種方法不適用于需要較少內(nèi)應(yīng)力的構(gòu)件,因為焊接部分內(nèi)應(yīng)力較大。
In the welding process, the expansion force and contraction force inside the weldment are limited by the clamping force, which can significantly reduce the deformation. However, this method is not suitable for members requiring less internal stress, because the internal stress in the welding part is large.
2、反向變形法:焊接前應(yīng)根據(jù)焊接金屬構(gòu)件來判斷構(gòu)件。當(dāng)焊接冷卻時,會出現(xiàn)變形方向和收縮量,焊接部位會提前向相反方向彎曲或傾斜。焊接后,由于自身的收縮和變形,它會回到預(yù)定的形狀位置。防止焊接變形,降低焊接應(yīng)力。
2. Reverse deformation method: before welding, the components shall be judged according to the welded metal components. When the welding is cooled, there will be deformation direction and shrinkage, and the welding part will bend or incline to the opposite direction in advance. After welding, due to its shrinkage and deformation, it will return to the predetermined shape position. Prevent welding deformation and reduce welding stress.
3、采用定位控制方法:在構(gòu)件焊接前,用許多焊點對焊接部位或周圍的焊點進行定位,同時也在焊縫的兩側(cè)施加重量,這種方法稱為定位控制方法。

4、焊接順序法:正確安排焊接順序是防止焊接變形的有效方法。焊接變形的規(guī)律是:焊縫引起的變形較大,各焊縫引起的變形一般不能相互抵消,產(chǎn)生的變形方向與焊縫引起的變形方向一致。
